Micro 3D Filament Line

Our Micro 3D Filament Line is a Laboratory scale benchtop mini 3D Printer Filament manufacturing line which can be used to produce 3D Printing Filaments with very small amounts of materials. It is especially ideal for producing 3D Printer Filaments of expensive materials such as some high performance materials including PI, PEI, PPSF, PPSU, PEEK, PEKK, etc., and nano additives filled high performance materials. Our Micro 3D Printing Filament Line includes a Micro Compounder/Twin Screw Extruder, a Micro Air Cooling Conveyor or water cooling trough, a laser diameter gauge, and a Micro Filament Winder.
