Micro Injection Molder
Our Micro Injection Molder is a Laboratory scale benchtop mini injection molding machine which can be used to produce tensile bars or specimens with very small amounts of materials for laboratory material testing, and is especially ideal for testing expensive materials.
Features:
Our Micro Injection Molding Machine is a lab scale small instrument and can be easily placed on a laboratory bench.
Low testing material consumption, and low laboratory costs.
Uses pneumatic power, which helps to keep the laboratory environment clean.
Test tensile bars or specimens can be produced from various materials, including powders, pellets or melts.
High injection pressure and high mold clamping force.
High working temperature and high injection pressure make it easy to process high performance materials such as PI, PEI, PPSF, PPSU, PEEK, PEKK, etc., even ceramic or metal powder filled high performance materials.
Larger model can produce tensile bars or specimens of larger sizes, such as 100×100×3(mm) sheets and 160mm tensile bars.
Ease of use and high degree of automation. The molds can be closed or opened automatically, and several tensile bars or specimens can be produced continuously with one material load.
Injection pressure adjustable to suit different kinds of materials.
The molds are made of stainless steel and can be easily changed to produce specimens of various shapes, and we can make custom molds upon request.
Electric or PLC Touch Screen Control.
PLC Touch Screen version can save multiple injection settings(temperature, injection pressure, etc.) for convenient uses.
Our micro injection molding machine can be conveniently used in combination with our Micro Compounder to produce tensile bars or specimens for laboratory material testing. The extruded melt material can be directly loaded into the injection barrel of the Micro Injection Molder to conveniently and quickly produce tensile bars or specimens.
